How Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment works
Send your products to Amazon and we'll store them close to your customers so they're ready to ship quickly as soon as orders are received. Connect your sales channels — including your website, social media stores and other e-commerce marketplaces. Amazon picks and packs your orders and ships them directly to your customers from any sales channel.
Multi-channel Fulfilment (MCF) is available with or without Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA). When you use FBA to sell on Amazon, your existing inventory serves both Amazon customers and customers from your other sales channels.

The MCF order creation page can be accessed in two different ways:
Both options above will take you to the MCF order creation page. All you need to do there is enter your customer's delivery address, the items to be shopped and a delivery speed to place an order quickly.
Bulk order preparation
This feature allows you to create multiple fulfilment orders at once by populating a standard order entry Excel spreadsheet and then uploading it to the "Create bulk orders" page.

Note: The system flags errors for orders that have been submitted in the file. Orders without any issues are processed. Orders that contain errors must be resubmitted once the errors have been corrected.
