You sell it, we ship it. The FBA heavy and bulky items programme lets you store your products in Amazon's fulfilment centres. and we will pick, pack and deliver these orders, and provide customer service for the products.
What is the Amazon Heavy & Bulky Shipping Template?
Whether it is a sofa, washing machine or sports equipment, easy and convenient scheduling improves the customer experience for heavy and bulky deliveries. By ensuring customers are at home to receive their deliveries, you can save the time and expense of failed deliveries. The Heavy & Bulky programme offers a shipping template with two shipping options
Delivery with appointment
With this option, your customers can see on the product page that an appointment has been made for delivery. In the next step in the ordering process, your customers have the option to update their phone number. You or your transport service then contact your customers after the order has been placed via phone call, SMS or email to arrange a delivery date.
Desired delivery
With this shipping option, customers can choose their preferred delivery date or delivery slot in a calendar at checkout. You can set up the calendar in advance with available delivery dates and time slots. At checkout, customers can also update their phone number, in case you want to contact them on the day of the delivery.

Register to be a selling partner on Amazon
You need to be a registered selling partner to be able to sell Heavy & Bulky items on Amazon. If you are new to Selling on Amazon, please register here.
Step 2
Apply to use different Heavy & Bulky shipping options
The Heavy & Bulky programme is an invite-only programme designed to deliver the best customer experience for Heavy & Bulky delivery. To qualify for the Amazon Heavy & Bulky programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Products: You sell heavy and bulky items (>30kg or 1.5m in length).
- Tracking: You transfer tracking numbers to Amazon and work with an integrated carrier that can provide full tracking information to Amazon.
- Delivery scheduling: For Arranged Delivery, you or your carrier(s) arrange delivery with the customer. For Scheduled Delivery, you are able to deliver heavy and bulky products within the customers' preferred delivery date or time slot. You can set up the calendar in advance with available delivery dates and time slots.
Step 3
Get enrolled in the programme and set up the new shipping options
When we receive your application, we’ll contact you to check if you meet the criteria to enrol in the programme. After enrolling, you can set up the new shipping options in your shipping settings. Access to PCP and Amazon Global Logistics
When shipping to our Fulfilment Centres, you can use the Amazon Partnered Carrier program (PCP) for domestic and cross-border shipments (both less than truckload or full truckload LTL/FTL) within the UK, France, Germany and Spain. Amazon Global Logistics helps you send your FBA inventory to Amazon Fulfilment Centres worldwide. You can ship from China to the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain via ocean (full-container and less-than-container loads) and air.

Get set up with Fulfilment by Amazon
Create your Amazon seller account, and login to Seller Central to set up FBA.
Step 2
Create your product listings
Once you add your products to the Amazon catalogue, specify FBA inventory.
Your Heavy & Bulky FBA items will be routed to the specialized fulfilment centres in each locale.

Prepare your products
Prepare your products for safe and secure transportation to a fulfilment centre. The help pages on Seller Central will help you list heavy and bulky products for FBA.

Step 4
Ship your products to Amazon
