What are Amazon's customs clearance and shipping services for international shipping?

We offer shipping solutions for sending pallets and small packages between the UK and the EU.

The solutions make use of cross-border freight transport as well as the services of an external supplier. Our trusted partners Deloitte and AVASK operate as fully integrated customs partners to help you overcome post-Brexit complexities.

There are two solutions:

1. ATS Deloitte
Sign up for Deloitte customs brokerage services. Send small packages from your warehouse to a domestic Amazon sorting centre. Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) then ships the goods across the customs border free of charge on your behalf.

2. ATS AVASK
Sign up for AVASK customs brokerage services. Send small packages from your warehouse to a domestic Amazon sorting centre. Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) then ships the goods across the customs border free of charge on your behalf.

3. UPS AVASK
Sign up for AVASK customs brokerage services. Send small packages with UPS across borders between the UK and the EU from your domestic warehouse to an FBA fulfilment centre and receive discounted partner rates for the entire shipment.

4. UPS SCS AVASK
Sign up for AVASK customs brokerage services. Send pallets with UPS SCS across borders between the UK and the EU from your domestic warehouse to an FBA fulfilment centre and receive discounted partner rates for the entire shipment.

Here's how it works

Step 1

Complete onboarding with your preferred customs broker services provider: Register with your preferred customs agent.

Step 2

Create your shipment using the Send to Amazon workflow, provide customs details and arrange for your shipment to be collected. You will then receive confirmation that your shipping documents have been approved.

Step 3

Your goods are sent to the fulfilment centre across the border.
