Charges for EPR Services on Amazon

EPR Services on Amazon include a one-off service fee for EPR registration, an annual service fee for EPR submission of the EPR product categories you have registered, an annual service fee for the authorised EPR representative (if applicable) and a one-off service fee for legal representation ("proxy").

EPR Pay on Behalf

We can help you satisfy your EPR requirements by paying and reporting eco-contributions on your behalf.

If you sell EPR-related products on amazon.fr to customers with a delivery address in France but you don't register with a Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) and you don't provide Amazon with a valid EPR registration number (UIN) for those products, you will not meet your your obligations under the French EPR ordinance.

If you haven't provided your EPR registration number (UINs), Amazon will pay and report the eco-contributions on your behalf. This solution is called EPR Payment on Behalf*.

Here's how it works

EPR Pay on Behalf simplifies the complex, costly and time-consuming process of complying with the regulations. To prevent your listings that don't comply with French EPR regulations from being deactivated, Amazon acts on your behalf:

Step 1

We prepare declaration reports with the details requested by the qualified PROs selected by Amazon and send these reports to the PROs.

Step 2

At the end of the PRO reporting cycle, we submit reports for each relevant EPR category (quarterly, semi-annually or annually depending on the PRO and EPR category).
