What are the requirements for Seller Fulfilled Prime?
To be eligible for Seller Fulfilled Prime, your business must meet the following Prime eligibility criteria, which apply to each product category:
- Meet delivery promise goals based on product level and warehouse location
- Meet a punctuality rate of at least 90%
- Provide a valid tracking ID for at least 99% of shipments
- Meet an order cancellation rate of less than or equal to 0.5%
- Offer Prime members free shipping and free returns (some exceptions apply).
- Make your Prime-registered products available nationwide
All offers registered with Prime benefit from Amazon's high-quality customer service, which is provided at no additional cost.

What is the trial period?
Before your Seller Fulfilled Prime listings can qualify for Prime, you must complete a trial period to prove that you can meet the requirements in terms of Prime fulfilment excellence and customer satisfaction. During the trial period, the Prime badge will not appear on items registered with Seller Fulfilled Prime. Once you've successfully completed the trial period, you will automatically be registered with Seller Fulfilled Prime and your registered ASINs will display the Prime badge for customers, subject to certain delivery speed thresholds.
Which products are best suited to Seller Fulfilled Prime?

- Inventory that requires special handling or preparation
What does Seller Fulfilled Prime cost?
Amazon does not charge any additional fees for Seller Fulfilled Prime. You pay standard Amazon referral fees.
