What is the Central Europe programme?
Amazon now operates more than 30 fulfilment centres across Europe to provide your customers with an excellent FBA delivery experience. To maintain and further improve the efficiency and delivery speed of the logistics network, it is important that FBA inventory can be distributed across Amazon's network of fulfilment centres in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
By participating in the Central Europe programme, you can use the entire Amazon network in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic to store your FBA and Small and Light inventory that would otherwise be stored only in Germany.

How does it work?
Step 1
Enable storage in Poland and the Czech Republic
Enable inventory storage in your cross-border fulfilment settings 1 in Seller Central.
Step 2
Create your delivery in Seller Central as usual
Benefit from the lower FBA fee for all units, whether they are dispatched to customers from Germany, Poland or the Czech Republic
- Set your delivery method: You can either send in your inventory yourself or use the Amazon Partnered Carrier Programme (PCP) 2
- Amazon distributes your inventory across Germany, Poland and/or the Czech Republic
- Our processes for inbound goods, preparation services and guidelines are the same in our German, Polish and Czech fulfilment centres
- Customer orders are delivered in accordance with the Prime delivery promise. We offer the same customer experience for deliveries dispatched from Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic
- Delivery processes and costs for lost and damaged inventory, removals and customer returns are the same in German, Polish and Czech fulfilment centres

Who can participate in the Central Europe programme?
All sellers are eligible to participate and benefit from the reduced delivery fee. Amazon does not charge any additional costs for participation in the Central Europe programme. Some product categories are not eligible to be dispatched from Poland or the Czech Republic and are therefore excluded from delivery via the Central Europe programme network.
However, this does not affect eligibility to participate in the programme. Since you continue to deliver your inventory to a location in Germany, you won't incur any additional inbound delivery costs.

Important Note
The storage of inventory in Poland and the Czech Republic triggers additional VAT obligations for your company as well as other reporting obligations such as Intrastat. These and any other costs are not included in the cost overview above. VAT Services on Amazon gives you the opportunity to receive tax registrations and notifications about special rates.
