What happens if I don't provide this information?
If you don't provide the information we need, your account will be restricted and you won't be able to sell on Amazon.
What happens if I don't want to accept the business agreements?
Accepting the “Amazon Payments UK — Selling on Amazon” user agreement and the “Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement” is a requirement for registering for the service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to register for your “Selling on Amazon” account, which will result in your selling privileges for Amazon's European stores being revoked.

What is the difference between a private individual and a business?
When you register as a private individual, you do so as part of a private activity. Registering as a commercial seller means that you are acting within the framework of a commercial or professional activity.
In most cases, business sellers are registered legal entities. However, you can also act as a sole proprietor without being registered as a business. If this is the case, make sure that you register as a business and select the correct option from the drop-down menu.

What is meant by “a business’ legal representative”?
A legal representative is a person who has been authorised by your company to act on its behalf (for example, to accept terms and conditions, to open a payment account etc.). The representative may be an owner of the company or a person authorised to act on behalf of the company. When you enter your legal representative's information, make sure it matches the official documents you send to Amazon Payments UK.
Why do we need to verify your identity?
