How schulranzenwelt achieved 120% growth with optimised product listings.

Daniela Isfort from the Isfort Group successfully runs the "schulranzenwelt" account, a shop for school bags and backpacks that has both a physical store and an online presence. The company has just six employees, who handle everything to do with logistics and customer support.

She decided to join in the SAS Pro programme about a year ago to better realise her company's potential:

"About twelve months ago, I helped schulranzenwelt out again strategically and operationally, so to speak, and from the beginning I had the feeling that we weren't fully exploiting our potential."

The initial focus was on improving the product listing and analysing the Amazon account. Daniela and her team are currently working on optimising ad campaigns and listings, and her Marketplace Consultant provides a valuable help with technical problems. Future projects include building up the company's own brand, expanding European delivery capacity and achieving Prime status.
