Alpi Trade started 2018/19 with the aim of becoming active on Amazon. The company specialises in food and nutritional supplements, offering around 500 different products. Its is represented on all European marketplaces and also offers smaller product ranges in the USA, Japan, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Its strategy focuses on optimising internal processes and expanding the product portfolio.

Amazon's SAS Pro programme has helped Alpi Trade in many areas. At the start of the programme, various aspects of the company were reviewed and analysed to identify the relevant issues:

Alpi Trade has seen impressive growth in recent years, with the company growing by 90% in the last year. The two main factors that have contributed to this growth are expanding the product portfolio and continuously optimising existing listings:
