About the brand

My name is Afsaneh Parvizi-Wayne and I'm the Founder of Freda Health. Freda was founded in January 2018. We sell sustainably produced, chemical-free panty liners and organic tampons. We recently launched the slimline pads for people with stress incontinence.

What are some of the biggest challenges your organisation is facing?

The biggest challenge that Freda faces more than any other start-up is the setting in which we operate: women's health and, in particular, the stigmatisation of menstruation.

Another major challenge was to develop a strong brand message. How does a product that is only available digitally or as an e-product gain recognition?
